RC Flying Shark

RC Flying Shark Inflatable Toy

Forget about remote controlled planes and helicopters.  This year the RC flying shark is the must have remote controlled toy.  Check out the attached Youtube video to see just how lifelike they are.

RC Flying SharkRequirements

There are only a few things you’ll need to get your RC flying shark up and going. First you’ll need helium which is available at any party store, drug store, or grocery store that sells helium balloons.  Amazon.com also sells disposable helium tanks Then you’ll also need 4 AAA batteries.  One battery is needed for the rc flying shark, and the other 3 are for the remote control.

Construction

The RC flying shark is made of a durable nylon material that can be inflated over and over again. Although the build quality is great, due to winds it is really intended to be used indoors only.  But it is built to easily survive bumping into walls, doorways and furniture.

Control

Control of the RC flying shark is from a small handheld remote control.  The less expensive version operates via infrared (IR) so you must aim the remote directly at the shark to control it.  The “extreme” version of the flying shark is radio controlled, and has a range up to 50 feet.  Flying is as simple as moving the controllers tail button back and forth just like a fish tail.  A dive and climb button control whether the shark goes up or down.  If you do decide on the IR model, be sure to keep the remote control pointed at the shark at all times.  And be sure not to cover the flashing lights on the top of the remote, as this will cause you to lose control of the shark!

Where to buy

The RC flying shark is available, here, on Amazon.com.  You can also find other Air Swimmers products by doing a quick search for Air Swimmers at Amazon.
